No. It does not commit you to participate and does not guarantee a place. Program recommendations, delivery options, dates and fees are provided before any commitment is required.

Programs are paid and are generally employer-funded. Fees are confirmed with you before you decide anything.

In person and live online. In person locations are confirmed based on cohort demand.

Typically up to 12 people in person and 16 people online.

If we have enough demand from one location, we will book face to face sessions. Otherwise, your cohort will be all online.
