No. Submitting an EOI gives us enough information to recommend a program and delivery format. We will provide the dates, fees and next steps before you are asked to make any commitment.

Engage programs are paid professional development programs and are generally employer-funded. Fees and payment options will be shared with you before you decide whether to proceed.

Each program runs for approximately four months, from the participant and manager kick-off through to the final project showcase.

We will decide which cities to hold face-to-face cohorts based on the Expressions of Interest. 

The face-to-face format includes four facilitated sessions held approximately every three weeks.

The live online format includes six interactive sessions held fortnightly.

Both formats include a participant and manager kickoff, online masterclasses with industry experts, a personal workplace project, peer networking and a final showcase.

Face-to-face cohorts will generally include up to 12 participants. Live online cohorts will generally include up to 16 participants, allowing the sessions to remain interactive and personal.

Each program includes:

• Practical application between sessions
• A curated network of digital infrastructure peers

We will review your EOI and contact you with an initial program recommendation and the next practical step. You will receive the program dates, delivery options and fees before deciding whether to proceed.

Yes. Engage offers dedicated corporate cohorts, generally for 12–15 participants, either online or face-to-face. Programs can be delivered for one organisation and aligned to its leadership priorities, locations and business context.

Digital infrastructure includes the organisations and people who design, build, power, operate and support data centres and the wider digital ecosystem.

This includes data centre operators, engineering, design, construction, power, cooling, technology, equipment suppliers, consultants and professional services.

The 2027 open cohorts are designed for people working in, or directly supporting, the digital infrastructure industry.

You may still submit an EOI if you work outside the sector. We will keep your details and let you know if a suitable broader cohort becomes available.
